Holiday lodge ownership is an exciting purchase and our aim is to make the whole process a stress free and enjoyable experience. From the purchase process, throughout the ownership period and then, if circumstances change, when owners eventually leave Dolgead we continue to prioritise our customers requirements.
From the outset we are transparent in our process and offer pre-purchase information allowing our customers to make informed decisions. We also use the British Holiday and Home Parks Association purchase and licence agreement which guarantees consumer protection.
If any warranty claims arise, we deal with these personally, liaising with suppliers to rectify any issues in a timely manner. Again, our aim is to keep your holiday lodge as a place of relaxation.
All the holiday lodges for sale at Dolgead Hall and Banwy Mill are fully inclusive of delivery, siting, connections, warranty, external shed and all decking PLUS a 25 year licence on new holiday lodges.
