2025 Prestige Plantation Lodge

The Prestige Plantation is a fabulous lodge with lots of natural light and lots of space.

Located on plot WD02, there is parking to the rear with gentle sloped access (step free) down to the large wrap around decking. Price is fully inclusive of an external metal storage shed (not shown on photos). The decking is finished with a stainless steel handrail, post caps and glass panels to the front (glass panels not shown on photos).

Heading inside the lodge via the side entrance door, there is an entrance mat footwell where there are coat hooks and shoe storage shelves.

The living area is open plan with a cream and pale grey colour scheme. The plush sofas offer comfortable seating with a matching footstool centring around the contemporary TV unit.

The extendable dining table is from the same range (Next) and offers spacious dining for 4-6 people. The French doors open out from the dining area, so only a step away from outdoor living.

The well appointed kitchen has all integrated appliances which include a fridge freezer, washing machine, double oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is lots of cupboard storage and work surface too.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables, a large wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an ensuite shower room with huge shower cubicle.

The second bedroom is a twin with two 3ft beds, a bedside table and a large wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity sink unit, wc and heated towel rail.
