With owner parking just in front of the plot, the Wimbledon is easily accessible on a flat location. The gated side balcony leads to the side door and into the open plan living area.

Once inside, the contemporary design and colour scheme make the most of the light and open space.

The kitchen has integrated appliances which include fridge freezer, double oven, hob and microwave. There is plenty of cupboard space and work surface too.

The dining area has wrap around seating (this is really comfy so don’t be put off), plenty of room for all the family.
