Located on a private lodge development at Dolgead Hall with lovely views over the surrounding countryside.

With parking to the rear, the lodge is approached via 4 steps on to a large L-shaped balcony with stainless steel handrail and glass panels for un restricted views.

Once inside, the lodge has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, integrated appliances include double oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is plenty of storage and work surface too.

The free standing dining table and comfortable chairs compliment the lovely kitchen area.

The lounge area has two large sofas, TV unit, stove effect electric fire and sliding French doors which open out on the large decking.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables wardrobes and chest of drawers and also benefits from a spacious en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom is a good sized twin, again with bedside table and wardrobes.
